Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX, visual, product, or digital design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, composition, and visual consistency.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals such as user research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and AI-assisted workflows into the design process.
- Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Strong systems-thinking abilities, with the capacity to break complex problems into clear, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how digital products are implemented and delivered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex user and business challenges into intuitive user journeys, information architectures, and digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products.
- Apply strong UX and visual design principles across typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, composition, usability, and accessibility.
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into research, ideation, exploration, prototyping, content creation, analysis, and design iteration.
- Develop interactive prototypes that realistically represent product interactions and support usability testing and design validation.
- Apply systems thinking to interconnected user, product, and business challenges, creating solutions that are scalable and consistent.
- Work closely with developers and design engineers to communicate design intent and ensure solutions are technically feasible.
- Present design concepts and decisions through clear storytelling, visual communication, and well-articulated rationale.
