Requirements
- Graduate with a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Office 365.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and web design concepts.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design work is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media design trends, branding, digital marketing materials, and emerging AI-powered design tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital media, presentations, marketing materials, and other publishing needs.
- Design reports, illustrations, infographics, and final artwork files for digital publication.
- Support website content updates through WordPress and basic HTML or web formatting.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets aligned with project objectives.
- Create and edit promotional videos, motion graphics, and 2D animation content for social media campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual branding across projects.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay aware of evolving digital design practices and emerging AI capabilities that can support creative workflows.
