Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping production frontend applications.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Depth in a component framework, preferably Vue.js (React experience is acceptable if willing to work in Vue).
- Proven experience with complex, stateful interfaces beyond simple forms and CRUD screens.
- Practical expertise in frontend performance optimization (rendering cost, long lists, network waterfalls, bundle size).
- Comfortable consuming and debugging REST APIs.
- Competence in a backend codebase like Node.js or NestJS to make necessary changes.
- Solid CSS and layout skills with attention to design fidelity.
- Experience shipping, maintaining, and supporting features end-to-end.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and drive tasks to completion.
Responsibilities
- Own frontend features across Opportunities in Vue.js, including pipeline boards, deal detail views, and reporting surfaces.
- Build responsive, high-performance interactions like drag-and-drop, inline edits, and optimistic updates.
- Optimize large-scale browser rendering, including virtualized lists, lazy loading, and bundle size management.
- Design and maintain complex client-side state and data-fetching patterns using Pinia or Vuex.
- Extend backend NestJS API endpoints and adjust payloads to support frontend feature requirements.
- Write comprehensive component, unit, and end-to-end tests for critical user flows.
- Participate in on-call rotations, debug production issues, and contribute to postmortems.
- Document design for owned features and participate in code and design reviews.
