Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in workforce management or capacity planning for a service delivery organization.
- Experience owning complex operational programs with direct accountability for business outcomes like revenue or margins.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify trends, and determine root causes.
- Strong business and financial acumen regarding unit economics and costs.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of turning ambiguous or manual processes into documented, scalable systems.
- Practical experience using AI as an operational tool for analysis or automation.
- Willingness to work hands-on with dashboards, case investigation, and process testing.
- Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex findings and tradeoffs.
- Experience with SQL, Google Apps Script, Looker, or similar BI tools is preferred.
- Background in telehealth, behavioral health, or operationally complex healthcare is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own workforce management across clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
- Translate workforce performance into revenue, gross margin, cost, and unit-economic implications, making key tradeoffs visible to stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and financial data directly to identify performance trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build forecasts that anticipate clinician supply and demand and surface potential capacity gaps.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics covering clinician hiring, onboarding, available slots, and utilization.
- Partner with Clinical leadership on clinical review operations, including workflows and service-level agreements.
- Turn data, forecasts, and operational insights into clear recommendations and priorities for cross-functional leaders.
- Influence teams across Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market.
- Develop and execute continuous optimization initiatives focused on access, utilization, retention, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and lightweight technology solutions to reduce manual work.
