Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, or demand generation.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills with APIs and SQL.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
- Practical experience building applications, workflows, or systems using LLMs and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, or comparable tools.
- Experience managing CRM systems, data workflows, and GTM integration.
- Demonstrated ability to generate original demand-generation ideas and conduct A/B testing.
- Professional experience or working knowledge of finance, investing, asset management, or financial markets.
- Strong design and UX judgment for digital acquisition experiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop original demand-generation ideas and experiments across outbound, content, social, SEO/GEO, email, and website acquisition.
- Build and scale repeatable GTM systems that connect technical infrastructure with qualified interest, booked meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
- Rapidly test new initiatives and use commercial data to scale, redesign, or stop programs.
- Build technical GTM infrastructure using APIs, SQL, Python/JavaScript, and automation platforms like Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
- Design and deploy LLM- and AI-agent-powered workflows for research, content creation, personalization, and routing.
- Build signal-based outbound programs and optimize messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Establish measurement systems and dashboards for attribution, audience growth, and pipeline contribution.
