Requirements
- Experience in feature engineering or data engineering using Databricks and Unity Catalog.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and data quality (DQX).
- Familiarity with naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Nice to have: Feature Store certification (Fundamentals or Expert).
- Nice to have: Experience with financial data.
- Nice to have: Experience developing AI agents or agentic infrastructure (e.g., Mosaic AI Agent Framework).
Responsibilities
- Design transactional and credit behavior features for the risk model.
- Implement features with complete standard metadata, lineage, and tags.
- Follow deployment pipelines, job monitoring, and FinOps practices.
- Ensure consistency between training and production as the model's single source of truth.
