Requirements
- Experience in feature engineering or data engineering on Databricks.
- Experience using Unity Catalog.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality (DQX).
- Familiarity with naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Nice to have: Feature Store certification (Fundamentals / Expert).
- Nice to have: Experience with financial data.
- Nice to have: Experience developing AI agents or agentic infrastructure (e.g., Mosaic AI Agent Framework, MCP).
Responsibilities
- Design transactional and credit behavior features including frequency, recency, amount, and delinquency for the risk model.
- Implement features with complete standard metadata including descriptions, keys, lineage, tags, and lifecycle tracking.
- Follow deployment pipelines including bundle validation, DDLs, and PRD.
- Monitor jobs and implement FinOps practices.
- Ensure consistency between training and production environments to act as the single source of truth for the model.
