Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with ownership of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Expert-level platform knowledge with applied established design patterns.
  • Experience running complex projects end-to-end in environments with business process complexity.
  • Experience with DevOps in a Salesforce context, including sandbox-to-production deployment.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).
  • Ability to provide technical oversight and mentorship.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Openness to AI-enabled development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, including architecture documentation.
  • Write SOQL against a custom object model representing the lifecycle of grant funds.
  • Make informed solution trade-offs regarding scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs across multiple systems.
  • Manage system security, data compliance, and platform integrations.
  • Partner with the senior technical lead on technical direction and mentor team members.
  • Implement and advocate for DevOps best practices, including deployment pipelines like Gearset.
  • Evaluate Salesforce platform changes and maintain AI-enabled development workflows.
