Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with ownership of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Expert-level platform knowledge with applied established design patterns.
- Experience running complex projects end-to-end in environments with business process complexity.
- Experience with DevOps in a Salesforce context, including sandbox-to-production deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).
- Ability to provide technical oversight and mentorship.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Openness to AI-enabled development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, including architecture documentation.
- Write SOQL against a custom object model representing the lifecycle of grant funds.
- Make informed solution trade-offs regarding scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs across multiple systems.
- Manage system security, data compliance, and platform integrations.
- Partner with the senior technical lead on technical direction and mentor team members.
- Implement and advocate for DevOps best practices, including deployment pipelines like Gearset.
- Evaluate Salesforce platform changes and maintain AI-enabled development workflows.
