Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products.
- Proven ability to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major initiatives, including 0-1 product definition.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
- Experience designing for data-heavy applications, workflows, or sophisticated tooling.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience contributing to and working with robust design systems.
- Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI models into clear user value and intuitive experiences.
- Strong strategic collaboration skills and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience validating design decisions using qualitative user research and quantitative data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end design strategy for mission-critical feature areas from conception through launch and iteration.
- Translate complex AI capabilities and requirements into intuitive, trustworthy experiences that remove adoption barriers.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and visual polish across the enterprise platform and design system.
- Champion user empathy by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to ground design decisions.
- Execute high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and specifications in Figma while delivering work in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of design excellence.
