Requirements
- Strong generalist portfolio with experience in complex workflow tools, systems thinking, and visual design.
- Experience with AI product surfaces such as conversational interfaces, agent configuration tools, or observability dashboards.
- Fluency in AI-assisted prototyping and design tools to rapidly produce working prototypes.
- Demonstrated expertise designing for probabilistic, AI-native interfaces.
- Ability to provide crisp, actionable design feedback and encode standards into reusable systems.
- Senior-level judgment: capability to scope work, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple product areas independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and hold strong opinions loosely.
- Collaborative mindset that treats team ideas as valuable contributions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, create flows, and perform interaction and visual design for Agent Harness tools.
- Maintain and evolve the shared design library, components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Define product direction for ambiguous problem areas by identifying core issues and actionable solutions.
- Review and elevate AI-generated or engineer-built UI to maintain high design quality.
- Develop functional prototypes using AI-assisted tooling to test concepts and align stakeholders.
- Contribute to design rituals, review norms, and craft standards across the organization.
