Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a partner marketing, partner management, or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Data Visualization tools.
  • Strong business development skills, including prior experience in a business development role.
  • Experience with financial and business case modeling to support partner growth plans.
  • Proven self-starter mentality with creativity and adaptability.
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Experience with Consumer Lending or FinTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Head a number of large strategic partnerships that drive a large portion of Credible’s overall Partnership Team revenue.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for some of our largest partners while managing P&L and formulating marketing strategies to execute on monthly growth targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and future partners across wide-ranging product verticals to promote Credible.
  • Develop, garner buy-in, and execute customized marketing plans and growth strategies for our largest strategic marketing partners.
  • Analyze partnership performance data and complex data sets to formulate into actionable insights that are presentable internally and externally.
  • Serve in a business development role for existing partners to expand the scope of the relationship, model pricing plans, negotiate deals, and work with legal to execute contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering to build new partner specific integrations and utilize partners as a testing ground for new products.
  • Quantitatively evaluate partners by building sophisticated partnership financial models to inform strategy, priorities, and team goals.
  • Manage direct reports and nurture them to increase their impact across the business.
