Job Details

4-6 years of product marketing or related experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience developing strategic product marketing plans, including positioning and segmentation.
Proven experience supporting product launches or campaigns from planning through execution.
Experience building and executing customer lifecycle programs.
Familiarity with lifecycle/marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze).
Ability to synthesize customer insights and market data into clear messaging.
Highly collaborative with comfort working cross-functionally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement and retention metrics.
Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset and curiosity about the K-12 education landscape.
Understanding of the K-12 education market is preferred.

Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products across multiple segments.
Partner with senior product marketing leadership to develop product positioning and messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiation opportunities.
Execute product launches and feature releases, including timeline coordination and cross-functional alignment.
Create high-quality sales collateral, product one-pagers, presentations, and digital content.
Strategize and oversee customer lifecycle marketing programs such as onboarding, adoption, and renewal campaigns.
Use customer data to manage segmentation and email/nurture programs.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimize effectiveness.
