Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a sales-related role, ideally within investments, banking, or wealth management.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and working with API-based products is preferred.
  • Alternative: 1–3+ years of experience at a specialised financial services consultancy working on IT infrastructure-related projects.
  • Experience in investments or securities trading.
  • Understanding of B2B sales methodologies such as solution/consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive ownership of complex projects and reliable internal documentation.
  • Fluency in German (C2 or native).
  • Thorough understanding of the investment industry and current trends is a plus.
  • Strong professional network in the investment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-functional sales cycle until contract closing to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive business growth by taking a consultative approach to understanding client needs and developing compelling sales materials.
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships through regular client calls and networking events.
  • Contribute to sales enablement efforts and process improvement by sharing client insights and driving best practice.
  • Enable a seamless client onboarding experience via effective communication with our implementations team.
