Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in health system strategy, strategic account management, enterprise implementation, or provider-focused consulting.
- Proven experience owning or advising complex health system or multi-site provider relationships through implementation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex work-streams and timelines.
- Analytical fluency in building models and reading performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills credible with executive-level stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, and provider contracting.
- Comfort with technology and AI tools for automation and reporting.
- Willingness to travel regularly to practice sites and partner health systems.
- Ability to work EST/CST hours.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation for health system partners from agreement to go-live.
- Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for enterprise partners and key stakeholders.
- Map complex stakeholder environments to sequence project execution.
- Translate enterprise agreements into operational requirements like data flows and care pathways.
- Drive panel density by increasing participating providers and patient attribution.
- Manage participation agreements and amendments through the full execution lifecycle.
- Establish and facilitate the practice network meeting cadence.
- Develop analytical reporting to drive performance improvements and opportunity sizing.
