Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, Training & Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience developing sales-facing, business-facing, or role-based education and readiness resources.
- Strong communication, writing, facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear, actionable guidance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM, learning, enablement, or knowledge management platforms is a plus.
- Must be able to work core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the supported region.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of ongoing Sales education and readiness programs for field sellers, leaders, and specialized roles.
- Translate business priorities and process changes into clear, practical education, discussion guides, job aids, and field-ready resources.
- Reinforce role-specific selling behaviors, dealer conversation expectations, and adoption of new tools and programs.
- Support readiness for product launches, process changes, sales plays, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy, Product, and Marketing to ensure aligned education efforts.
- Evaluate education and reinforcement effectiveness to recommend improvements that simplify the learner experience.
