Requirements
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred.
- National pharmacy technician certification.
- 1+ year(s) institutional pharmacy technician experience.
- 1+ year(s) retail pharmacy technician experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proficiency with Google tools.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing.
- Triage and manage high-volume client calls.
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues.
- Contact healthcare professionals to gather clinical or demographic information needed.
- Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage.
- Submit nightly shift reports.
