- Effective communication and presentation abilities for complex concepts.
- Analytical capabilities to use data for guiding decisions and execution.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple goals and expense budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new CRM and enterprise systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional/national meetings and training.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and growth objectives for assigned territory.
- Introduce and support new product and service launches across the portfolio.
- Apply consultative techniques to identify customer needs and position solutions.
- Maintain effective relationships with veterinary hospitals and personnel.
- Develop and execute annual Territory Business Plans using strategic insights.
- Utilize CRM tools, educational materials, and samples to maximize territory effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance to guide tactical adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in virtual and in-person settings.
