Requirements
- At least 9 months of BPO collections experience in International accounts OR at least 1 year of BPO sales experience in US accounts.
- Proven account management experience.
- Proficiency with dialers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Windows 11 operating system.
- 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher).
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- At least 80 GB free hard drive space.
- Noise-canceling headset with microphone.
- Webcam.
- Hardwired internet access (cable or fiber only) with minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Communicate patiently and professionally with customers.
- Encourage customers to pay debts.
- Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.
