- Available for occasional after-hours and weekend support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure risk-free execution.
- Define project plan details including timelines, resource allocation, and potential roadblocks.
- Review survey questionnaires against project specifications and provide best practice consultation.
- Handle top-up and competitor client quoting and project delivery.
- Perform basic scripting and programming fulfillment.
- Monitor field progress and implement solutions for project issues.
- Conduct data and quality assurance checks and report generation.
- Document detailed project briefs and specifications in Salesforce.
