- 7+ years in affiliate and partnership marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and developing talent.
- Data-first operating style with fluency in attribution models and incrementality measurement.
- Experience building analyses from scratch across large, multi-source datasets (Impact, Looker, Google Analytics, Google Sheets).
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to identify novel partnership opportunities.
- Executive presence and ability to manage stakeholders, including senior leaders and publishers.
- Proven strategic planning, operational, and financial management skills in a complex environment.
- Strong people leadership with a track record of raising team performance.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the North America affiliate channel: strategy, performance, profitability, and growth.
- Set and execute the long-term program strategy, aligning affiliate operations with broader media activation objectives.
- Think creatively about how to test and measure channel incrementality, designing novel experiments that reveal what truly drives new customers.
- Negotiate agreements, commissions, and placements, and continuously optimize commission structures to maximize growth while maintaining profitability.
- Identify and test new partners, incentive structures, and partnership models that expand the channel beyond its current playbook.
- Own the NA budget: forecasting, pacing, monthly billing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Champion AI adoption across the program: build agents, automate repetitive workflows, and free the team to focus on strategy and partnerships.
- Lead 2 direct reports and manage agency partners, setting a high bar and developing talent.
