Job Details

3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
Proven track record in recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, and networks.
Strong experience negotiating CPA and performance-based partnership structures.
Deep understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, UTMs, and reporting tools.
Proficiency with Everflow or similar affiliate management platforms.
Solid grasp of performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CR, AOV, refunds, retention, and LTV.
Ability to analyze performance data to drive decision-making.
Experience managing multiple partner relationships and concurrent campaign launches.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build processes from an early stage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Build a strong pipeline of affiliates, publishers, networks, and strategic partners through proactive outreach.
Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships including onboarding, communication, and performance optimization.
Negotiate CPA and other performance-based commercial structures to ensure sustainable unit economics.
Coordinate the launch of campaigns including tracking, creative assets, and landing page setups.
Monitor traffic, conversion rates, and partner-level performance to scale profitable volume.
Maintain affiliate tracking, attribution, and payout accuracy using tools like Everflow.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to remove blockers.
Ensure all affiliate activity complies with brand guidelines and healthcare marketing requirements.
