Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing information technology, data, software, GIS, or related technical projects.
- Experience managing project schedules, staffing, deliverables, and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and client stakeholders.
- Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, staffing, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate the work of technical, analytical, and support teams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
- Ensure project requirements and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project coordination and status updates.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate priorities, decisions, and follow-up actions.
- Work with technical leads and subject matter experts to resolve project issues.
- Prepare project status reports, schedules, briefings, and other management documentation.
- Support resource planning and help ensure appropriate staffing across project activities.
