Job Details

2+ years in provider-data management, payer operations, credentialing, or revenue-cycle operations.
Direct experience updating payer directories or network rosters via platforms like Availity, CAQH, or HealthSmart.
Strong knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 NPIs, NPPES, CAQH ProView, taxonomy codes, and telehealth designations.
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data normalization.
Experience with product analytics, UTM tracking, and funnel reporting.
Familiarity with lightweight SQL, APIs, or no-code automation to reduce repetitive work.
Ability to operate across multiple systems and ambiguous payer processes.
Excellent quality-control instincts for auditing data at scale.
Strong written and verbal communication for payer escalations.
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end operational processes.

Own provider-directory accuracy and growth metrics across all contracted payers and network surfaces.
Build and maintain an authoritative provider-data source of truth including NPIs, affiliations, licenses, and payer participation.
Reconcile internal data against NPPES, CAQH, credentialing rosters, and third-party aggregators.
Audit directory search visibility and profile accuracy from a patient perspective.
Submit and track corrections through various payer workflows including portals, roster files, and tickets.
Instrument and validate the directory funnel in PostHog to measure intake, scheduling, and conversion.
Build reporting dashboards covering inventory completeness, listing accuracy, and attributable revenue.
