Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience, including knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and general construction software.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical blueprints, contracts, and governmental regulations.
Strong technical writing skills for reports, correspondence, and project documentation.
Ability to calculate complex figures including proportions, percentages, and volumetric measurements.
Strong verbal communication skills to present to top management, clients, and public groups.
Ability to travel to job sites approximately 50% to 60% of the time.
Commitment to Zero Injury safety principles.
Capability to solve practical problems in dynamic construction field environments.

Manage project resources including staff, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
Oversee project budget, cost control, forecasting, and master scheduling.
Direct project integration, scope, time, quality, communication, risk, and stakeholder management.
Ensure project compliance with environmental safety awareness and prevailing wage (PWA) requirements.
Document and report project performance, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
Mentor and coach apprentice project team members to build skill and company culture.
Manage all contract documents, change orders, and procurement activities.
