Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in Sage 100 implementation, integration consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with Sage 100, including AR and Sales Invoice modules and payment processing workflows.
- Technical understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and integration workflows.
- Experience with ticketing and project management tools such as Jira.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of additional ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver against deadlines.
- Ability to use AI technologies to increase efficiency.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end B2B client ERP implementations of payment solutions within Sage 100 and other environments.
- Conduct kick-off calls to define scope, timeline, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Configure, install, and validate payment integrations within client technology stacks.
- Guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the path to go-live.
- Provide technical expertise on Sage 100 integrations, including Accounts Receivable and payment workflows.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and maintain accurate updates in ticketing systems.
- Partner with Sales to support pre-sales technical questions and review integration collateral.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tooling, and documentation.
