Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience with a record of successful product delivery.
- Experience leading or contributing to at least one meaningful AI-powered product or feature launch.
- Strong technical acumen; comfortable engaging with engineers on architecture, APIs, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and AI/ML integration.
- Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term vision with detailed product requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience shipping AI or agentic workflow products in a B2B SaaS context.
- Proficient in agile development with a bias for action and adaptability.
- Strong customer orientation with ability to translate insights into product innovation.
- Proactive problem solver comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Intellectually curious about AI, with a habit of championing AI tools in personal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and tactical delivery for Stella products within ServiceTrade's suite of agentic AI products.
- Define, refine, and prioritize AI-powered features that support commercial service contractors.
- Engage with users, prospects, and partners to identify opportunities where AI and automation reduce manual work.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure AI launches earn customer trust and drive adoption.
- Guide development activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT for AI/ML-driven features.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence the long-term vision for Stella and the broader AI roadmap.
