Requirements
- Significant product management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or platform ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience owning an end-to-end technical product area from roadmap through delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with APIs and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proven track record of converting complex workflows into scalable platform tooling.
- Direct experience collaborating with software vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional engineering and UX teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with expertise in drafting PRDs and product strategies.
- Experience with cloud marketplace management (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly valued.
- Knowledge of cloud image packaging, Helm charts, or CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with software licensing models, usage metering, and private offers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Marketplace & Partner Ecosystem, including partner onboarding, solution packaging, deployment automation, and lifecycle management.
- Establish product principles, technical standards, security validation processes, and lifecycle policies for third-party software.
- Design intuitive, repeatable onboarding journeys and self-service portal workflows for vendors and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from solution discovery through production deployment.
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows.
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to balance vendor enablement with platform capabilities.
- Ensure partner solutions integrate with core infrastructure like networking, Kubernetes, and storage.
- Establish operational feedback loops to convert support incidents into platform improvements.
- Provide product direction to cross-functional teams and report on ecosystem success metrics.
