Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in tech businesses, preferably on IaaS and/or SaaS offerings.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products or platforms in high-growth businesses.
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and security and compliance.
- Proven success in owning product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and driving the complete product life cycle.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating market trends and technical innovations into a clear product vision.
- Deep empathy for customers and users in gathering and synthesizing input.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Experience applying data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap development through delivery execution.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Gather and synthesize inputs for discovery and prioritization from internal functions, customers, and partners.
- Translate complex customer challenges into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblaze's solutions.
- Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs) to guide iteration and growth decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the object storage market to identify new opportunities.
