Requirements
- Previous experience as a Content Manager, Content Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Basic video editing skills using software like CapCut or iMovie.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- Publish, format, and update text, images, and multimedia content on the company website.
- Upload and manage course materials, structures, and student resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Process recorded materials, such as webinars and lectures, to prepare them for publishing.
- Perform basic video editing including trimming, adding text overlays, and simple transitions.
- Ensure all published content is well-structured, error-free, and displays correctly across the website and LMS.
- Flag and troubleshoot formatting or display issues before content goes live.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Instructor teams to keep content accurate and on-brand.
