Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech.
- Proven track record of executing end-to-end event planning.
- Experience managing and forecasting event budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Proficiency in defining KPIs and connecting event activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools or workflows to automate or improve marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on site.
- Willing and able to travel 30% to 50% of the time, primarily across North America.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events that align with our ICP and revenue goals.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and venues while negotiating sponsorships and booth terms.
- Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, shipping, swag, and on-site staff travel.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for set-up, tear-down, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Brief team members on objectives, talking points, and logistics before events.
- Partner with sales to capture, qualify, and follow up on leads while executing on-site meetings and events.
- Collaborate with marketing on pre- and post-event campaigns including email, landing pages, and paid promotion.
- Manage and forecast the event budget to maximize ROI.
- Define KPIs and build post-event reports to measure performance and improve future execution.
