Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Gallagher and/or C•CURE PACS.
- Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity.
- Experience supporting system deployments, maintenance, or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lenel physical access control systems (Nice to have).
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Nice to have).
- Experience supporting distributed or remote field-site infrastructure (Nice to have).
- Relevant PACS/ePACS certifications (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) across field sites.
- Administer and troubleshoot Gallagher and C•CURE PACS platforms.
- Manage supporting Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure.
- Provide field-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot on-site hardware issues in coordination with the ePACS team.
- Support ePACS database infrastructure and field-site connectivity.
- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
