Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an MSP, service desk, corporate IT, or technical support environment.
- 5+ years of project engineering experience.
- College degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong experience with Apple hardware, macOS, Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, and JAMF.
- Experience supporting Outlook and the Microsoft 365 administration portal.
- Hands-on experience administering Windows workstation and server operating systems.
- Knowledge of cloud storage, remote connectivity, and advanced networking technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting EDR issues and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with RMM platforms like ConnectWise Automate.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals; CCNA preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, JAMF, SonicWall, Fortinet, or CompTIA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking technologies, systems, and applications.
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve escalated service desk issues across Windows and macOS.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and fixes at desktop, server, and network levels.
- Assist with implementation projects, smaller technical projects, and onsite support engagements.
- De-escalate client issues while maintaining customer experience standards.
- Maintain operational documentation and client network records.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to project status reporting.
- Collaborate with service coordination and project management teams.
