Requirements
- Experience administering, securing, and troubleshooting business IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
- Mobile device management or unified endpoint management experience across more than one platform.
- Practical experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Familiarity with networking, firewalls, identity, logging, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- US citizenship with CUI access required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and secure Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Google Workspace environments.
- Deploy and operate endpoint-management controls using platforms like Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
- Implement security controls including identity, multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints, as well as networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with customer IT teams and service providers.
- Test completed changes and produce accurate configuration records, diagrams, and runbooks.
- Help develop checklists, scripts, and automation to streamline recurring work.
