Requirements
- Several years of experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 alongside enterprise IdP (Okta, Entra) and MDM at organizational scale.
- Deep knowledge of SSO, SAML, SCIM, DNS, and certificate management.
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing ZTNA, Secure Web Gateways, or modern edge access controls (e.g., Cloudflare Zero Trust, Zscaler, Netskope, Tailscale).
- Production-grade coding skills in Python, Apps Script, or Terraform integrated with REST APIs.
- Experience managing macOS at scale and building zero-touch deployment workflows.
- Proven track record of optimizing cross-functional processes, such as joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
- Experience with operational disciplines: incident management, change processes, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals including endpoint hardening and identity security.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve platform operations across Google Workspace, Okta, and enterprise MDM (Kandji/Jamf).
- Automate joiner-mover-leaver processes and SaaS estate management.
- Operate and tune Cloudflare Zero Trust environments including ZTNA and Secure Web Gateways.
- Develop production-grade tooling using REST APIs, Python, Apps Script, and n8n.
- Serve as incident commander for platform incidents and manage root cause analysis.
- Enforce endpoint compliance, zero-touch provisioning, and system hardening.
- Maintain technical runbooks, service catalogs, and documentation.
