Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Public Policy, or related field.
- Experience in trade compliance, compliance operations, risk management, due diligence, investigations, or legal operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews of customers, resellers, distributors, partners, vendors, and other third parties.
- Perform restricted-party screening using Descartes and resolve potential matches.
- Review sales opportunities and transactions for export control and sanctions compliance concerns.
- Support EAR and ITAR compliance activities, including tracking export authorizations.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare metrics, reports, and dashboards related to compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate high-risk matters to senior compliance personnel.
