Requirements
- 5+ years in account management focused on strategic client relationships and revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
- Proven track record of proactively resolving risk before it impacts the client.
- Experience navigating internal stakeholders and barriers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and with remote teams.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies is preferred.
- Prior startup experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute client-specific growth strategies to increase usage and adoption, and cultivate upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Scale advanced analytics into insights to help clients make data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Product to drive adoption of new features and functionality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Implementation teams to drive outcomes and manage dependencies.
- Monitor client health, resolve issues, and facilitate regular business reviews.
- Manage the escalation process for issues to ensure quick resolution.
