10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Medicaid agreements.
Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive operational transformation.
Subject matter expertise in Medicaid rebates and rebate systems.
Experience working in a mandated deadline environment with multiple client assignments.
Technical ability to understand underlying data structures and manage large data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity.
Ability to travel 10-20%.

Develop best-in-class delivery processes to ensure a positive client experience and demonstrate service value.
Drive efficiency and process improvement by championing best practices across the business services group.
Direct the review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and contractual compliance.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of customer contracts and data management within Model N systems.
Serve as the subject matter expert in Medicaid processing, providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team through goal setting and performance management.
Manage strategic client relationships as the senior point of escalation for inquiries and reconciliation.
Collaborate with product teams to drive system enhancements, including the adoption of AI and automation.
