Job Details

10+ years of experience in Professional Services, enterprise SaaS implementation, or customer delivery leadership.
Strong experience leading complex enterprise customer programs from discovery through production deployment.
Demonstrated history of building or scaling services teams for technically complex data, AI, or agentic products.
Deep operating discipline across governance, resourcing, utilization, and margin management.
Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, agentic systems, and their lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, evaluation, guardrails).
Strong working knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms and architectures.
Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud environments.
Strong executive communication and customer-facing leadership skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.

Own end-to-end service delivery from solution scoping through implementation, acceptance, and adoption-ready handoff.
Build a technically capable services organization proficient in Databricks, APIs, integrations, and AI workflow deployment.
Lead the transition of enterprise AI and agentic use cases from discovery and prototype to reliable production deployment.
Define engagement models between Services and Engineering to reduce avoidable technical dependencies.
Create standardized and scalable delivery methodologies, including playbooks, automation, and reusable implementation assets.
Manage Services P&L, including utilization, billability, margin, capacity planning, and change-order discipline.
Develop and scale recurring Managed Services offerings for ongoing platform adoption and optimization.
