Requirements
- Strong operational and analytical mindset.
- Solid Excel fundamentals including filters, formulas, and basic pivot tables.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Confident internal communicator via email and follow-ups.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) within core Eastern Time hours.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or operations support is preferred.
- Familiarity with data feeds, SKUs, UPCs, and inventory logic is preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product item creation using Excel-based data feeds.
- Upload, update, and troubleshoot product data attributes across marketplace platforms.
- Monitor and resolve rejected listings, feed errors, and taxonomy changes.
- Perform routine product scrubs to ensure data accuracy and system alignment.
- Support setup, monitoring, and reporting for sponsored product and brand campaigns.
- Monitor order flow to identify and resolve stalled, delayed, or unshipped orders.
- Coordinate daily with logistics, operations, and internal teams to drive issue resolution.
- Maintain operational trackers and performance summaries for leadership.
