Requirements
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Solid Excel fundamentals (filters, formulas, basic pivots)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Confident internal communicator
- Proactive problem-solver
- Strong follow-through until resolution is confirmed
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or operations support (preferred)
- Comfortable working with data feeds, SKUs, UPCs, and inventory logic (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product item creation using Excel-based data feeds
- Upload, update, and troubleshoot product data attributes across marketplace platforms
- Monitor and resolve rejected listings, feed errors, and taxonomy changes
- Support setup and monitoring of sponsored product and brand campaigns
- Monitor order flow to ensure orders move correctly from marketplace to warehouse
- Identify stalled, delayed, or unshipped orders and resolve fulfillment issues
- Coordinate daily with logistics, operations, and internal teams
- Pull reports using Excel and maintain operational trackers
