Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with various client stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with experience managing complex situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High level of organization and detail orientation.
- Aptitude for delivering product training and explaining system functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with compliance, risk, or operational stakeholders is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Vendor Management or Risk Management are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary TPRM point of contact for assigned mid-market and high-value client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with compliance officers, risk managers, and vendor management leads.
- Guide clients through post-sales lifecycle, including service timelines and expectations.
- Coordinate documentation gathering with the Vendor Operations Team and oversee TPRM Specialist work.
- Monitor progress and communicate key updates, vendor issues, and service completions to clients.
- Identify account risks, service gaps, and opportunities for growth, including cross-selling or up-selling services.
- Partner with internal teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless service delivery.
