Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare consulting in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing clinical outcomes, marketing data, and campaign performance.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public health, nutrition, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with food-as-medicine programs, SDOH interventions, telehealth, or wellness is preferred.
- Familiarity with health plan operations including Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and Commercial lines is preferred.
- Experience working with marketing teams on campaign development is preferred.
- Understanding of complex contracting and provider agreements within health plans is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders while owning day-to-day operational leadership.
- Drive account retention by maintaining high satisfaction, addressing service issues, and ensuring consistent program execution.
- Lead regular client check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions in partnership with Account Executives.
- Respond to and triage client-raised issues in coordination with internal operations, clinical, product, and support teams.
- Execute and lead client-specific program improvements, including new program launches and benefit expansions.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing reporting, performance updates, and clinical ROI metrics.
- Lead marketing campaign delivery to drive member enrollment and engagement in collaboration with the internal marketing team.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and activity logs in CRM systems.
