Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or a services-driven organization.
  • Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through a health plan, benefits consultant, or other channel partnership.
  • Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments, including implementation, communication, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization, attention to detail, and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with client reporting or business review tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, estimated at up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with employer clients, benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners.
  • Analyze program engagement and outcomes data to develop actionable recommendations that improve performance and member experience.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored client reporting, performance discussions, and business reviews aligned with each organization’s strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase program awareness, adoption, and member engagement across the client portfolio.
  • Own the renewal lifecycle, ensuring proactive planning, strong positioning, and successful renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand programs across additional eligible populations and solutions while delivering against retention and expansion targets.
  • Lead client escalations and coordinate with implementation, clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to resolve issues effectively.
