Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, audit support, workforce management systems, business systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience administering workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, incident management, corrective actions, and audit coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience reviewing workforce, attendance, payroll, or roster data and identifying trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong systems troubleshooting abilities and experience working with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users, develop procedures, and prepare professional reports.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance and incident reporting, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed within agreed timeframes.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, registers, and compliance documentation.
  • Administer workforce management systems, including Timegate, Templa, and Lighthouse, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Monitor and analyse workforce, attendance, training, and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits, reviewing rostered, approved, and clocked data to identify exceptions and control gaps.
  • Provide compliance, reporting, and system support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services teams.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms and ensure all required documentation remains current and complete.
  • Prepare recurring operational, compliance, attendance, audit, and client performance reports and dashboards.
  • Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials, and deliver system training to employees.
