Requirements
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, audit support, workforce management systems, business systems administration, or a similar role.
- Experience administering workforce, payroll, compliance, or facilities management systems.
- Strong understanding of compliance processes, incident management, corrective actions, and audit coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Experience reviewing workforce, attendance, payroll, or roster data and identifying trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong systems troubleshooting abilities and experience working with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users, develop procedures, and prepare professional reports.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance and incident reporting, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed within agreed timeframes.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reports, registers, and compliance documentation.
- Administer workforce management systems, including Timegate, Templa, and Lighthouse, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Monitor and analyse workforce, attendance, training, and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct payroll and timekeeping audits, reviewing rostered, approved, and clocked data to identify exceptions and control gaps.
- Provide compliance, reporting, and system support to Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services teams.
- Maintain subcontractor compliance platforms and ensure all required documentation remains current and complete.
- Prepare recurring operational, compliance, attendance, audit, and client performance reports and dashboards.
- Develop user guides, procedures, and training materials, and deliver system training to employees.
