Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience managing ecommerce operations across Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of order management, online merchandising, and ecommerce best practices, including SEO for ecommerce and conversion optimization.
- High proficiency in Shopify (including Shopify 2.0), marketplace seller dashboards, and third-party integrations.
- Skilled in using data analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns, content creation, and enhancing digital customer journeys.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments such as marketing, logistics, design, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations across Shopify and multiple marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor marketplace compliance and resolve listing or policy issues to keep accounts in good standing.
- Ensure the Shopify store is fully functional, updated, and optimized for conversions.
- Process and track customer orders across all platforms and coordinate with logistics and suppliers.
- Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, SEO-optimized content, and promotions.
- Manage and coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing activities.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to recommend improvements to listings, pricing, and user experience.
