Job Details

Hands-on experience in social media coordination, publishing, community management, or content operations.
Practical AI fluency with experience using AI tools in real work or projects, including the ability to critically review AI output.
Strong attention to detail for pre-publish checks, copy, assets, timing, and platform requirements.
Clear written communication skills for reporting risks, blockers, and progress updates.
Strong organization and workload management skills across multiple accounts and deadlines.
Proficiency in social publishing tools, spreadsheets, project management, and documentation systems.
Systems-oriented mindset focused on creating repeatable, efficient, and safe work processes.
Ability to analyze information qualitatively and quantitatively to provide actionable recommendations.
High agency and proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.

Schedule, review, and coordinate social content across YouTube channels and social networks.
Optimize YouTube content with effective titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and publishing checks.
Support day-to-day community management by monitoring and responding to audience interactions.
Use AI tools and workflow systems for calendar planning, research, account audits, and documentation.
Review AI-assisted work critically to ensure quality before it reaches clients or stakeholders.
Research client shows, movies, and competitor activity to inform social recommendations.
Coordinate with internal production teams and client contacts to clear dependencies.
Document and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
