Requirements
- Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modelling and dynamic formulas.
- Proven experience with integrated three-way financial modelling.
- Proven Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling, and DAX.
- Experience with Xero or a comparable cloud accounting platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and build processes from scratch.
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI reporting with high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals, journals, and account reconciliations.
- Produce detailed variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets, forecasts, and prior years.
- Own and maintain integrated three-way financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Manage group and multi-entity consolidation reporting using tools like Syft Analytics.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide insights into financial and operational performance.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.
- Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
