Requirements

  • 10+ years of UX or product design experience as a design leader.
  • Proven track record setting and executing design strategy at the organizational level.
  • Extensive B2B SaaS experience, including understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
  • Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows with specific examples of tools and processes used.
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying current on AI-enabled design through training or peer networks.
  • Experience building and governing design systems as cross-team infrastructure.
  • Strong command of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Set the multi-quarter design vision across the platform and AI-powered product lines.
  • Transition the team from a centralized ticket queue to decentralized pods embedded in product-line tracks.
  • Implement AI-native design workflows where designers work directly with the codebase to produce implementation-accurate prototypes.
  • Govern the design system as cross-team infrastructure to accelerate design and engineering velocity.
  • Drive B2B design excellence for complex, data-dense, multi-persona enterprise workflows with WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
  • Embed research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics (e.g., FullStory, Pendo) to inform roadmap-level decisions.
  • Hire and build a team of designers focused on cutting-edge, AI-forward design.
