Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in User Research, UX Research, Product Research, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment.
- Strong qualitative research skills (user interviews, usability testing, concept testing).
- Strong quantitative research skills (surveys, data analysis).
- Product design fluency and hands-on experience working with Figma to test concepts.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Product Designers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.
- Experience working with financial products, banking, or fintech is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable building processes and operating in ambiguity.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve user research practices, processes, tools, and strategic approach.
- Develop a research roadmap balancing foundational learning with immediate product organization needs.
- Build scalable processes for recruiting, engaging, and learning from users.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, usability testing, and diary studies.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to review prototypes in Figma and iterate based on feedback.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations to influence product strategy.
