Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable processes and frameworks to provide account owners and leadership with visibility into member relationship strength and engagement opportunities.
- Manage assigned member relationships, developing account strategies to increase utilization of the AVIA portfolio and support member retention.
- Ensure HubSpot data integrity for active members and campaigns, managing reporting and process enhancements.
- Standardize team operations by establishing and managing meeting agendas, member check-ins, and communication templates.
- Leverage collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and Notion to enhance account visibility.
- Lead the operations and continuous improvement of network convening events, both virtual and in-person.
- Strengthen peer-to-peer network engagement through knowledge sharing and visibility on the AVIA Network Hub.
- Design and manage registration workflows, HubSpot integrations, attendee communications, and data reporting.
